"I was able to find flights…"
I was able to find flights for the dates I needed, so that was a relief. The only thing is, the times were a bit limited, and the prices seemed to change fast. Isn’t it always a little frustrating when you finally find something decent and then the price jumps? Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience at all, but who wouldn’t want a few more options to choose from?

"Boarding Was a Bit Slow"
Boarding took longer than I expected, which annoyed me a little because I’m impatient with that kind of thing. The staff were fine though, and they did their best to get everyone seated without making it a bigger hassle

"Delay was frustrating, but the lack of updates made it worse"
My flight ended up being delayed, which I understand happens sometimes, but the communication was really poor. We were mostly piecing things together from what other passengers had heard, and the departure screen kept changing without any clear explanation. The staff didn’t seem totally sure what was going on either. Reading between the lines, it felt like there was more confusion behind the scenes than anyone wanted to admit. i just wish they’d been more upfront. The delay itself was annoying, but not knowing what was happening made the whole wait way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Refund was surprisingly not a nightmare"
Had to cancel my FlySafair flight and I was fully expecting the refund process to be some annoying circus, because airline admin can be absolute garbage sometimes. But it wasn’t bad. I filled in the form, got a few updates without having to chase them like a desperate idiot, and the money came back quicker than I thought it would. Support was clear enough too. Not flawless or anything, but compared to other airlines I’ve dealt with, this was way less of a pain. Happy with it.

"Decent flight, but baggage was a headache"
The flight itself was okay and the staff were fine, but the baggage fees really added up fast. I wish they had been more upfront about the costs before booking because it felt like a surprise at the end. Also, my bag looked like it had been handled carelessly when I got it back, which was frustrating. Not the worst experience, but definitely annoying.

"Almost Too Easy, Honestly"
Booked through the app and everything went smoothly, which kind of made me suspicious because apps usually find some way to mess things up. But nope, no glitches, no weird errors, no mysterious extra steps. Either they’ve actually got their system together or someone behind the scenes is watching the buttons very closely. "Cheap and easy flight"
I just wanted a cheap flight and that’s what I got. Everything went smoothly, no real issues to complain about. These budget flights are usually all the same anyway, but this one did the job fine.

"Pretty smooth booking experience"
I was just trying to get a flight sorted without turning it into a whole mission, because online bookings can sometimes be a bit annoying. The site itself was straightforward enough to use, and I didn’t have to go hunting around for the basics. After picking the flight and filling everything in, the payment part on flysafair.co.za was the easiest bit. My card went through the first time, and the confirmation email came through almost immediately. No strange errors, no retrying, no unnecessary stress. Overall, I was happy with how it went.

"Felt a bit overlooked on my FlySafair flight"
I flew with FlySafair last week, the cabin crew didn’t do anything wrong exactly. They went through the safety instructions clearly and helped people with bags when they had to, so I can’t really complain about that. But I did feel like everyone was being rushed along, and there wasn’t much warmth or friendliness. Maybe I just had bad luck, but it kind of felt like I was just another passenger they wanted to get through the flight. The service was basic and got the job done, but it felt a bit cold to me. Not a terrible experience, just average and a little disappointing
